First, look for wise counsel. Is there anyone around you that you can ask if you think you’re not firmly grounded in reality. Don’t ask the pink rabbit driving past in the car made entirely of circus clowns. If you’re seeing any such thing, call a friend or relative and perhaps spend some time with the nice people in white coats. For non-psychotic-break delusions, here’s a good rule of thumb. Don’t make any really important decisions if you’re not sure whether you’re thinking straight. Maybe just watch Netflix and chill for a bit (not like that). Take your time, look after yourself, you’re the only you you’ve got!
